Military Foo Foo Raw is an event film I produced in Olympia, capturing the spirit and energy of the gathering through a mix of b-roll, live audio, and carefully chosen music. I focused on peak moments, cutting the footage to match the rhythm of the soundtrack for a dynamic flow, while also layering in authentic sounds from the event. Shot partially from a boat, the piece builds slowly and crescendos at the end, creating an immersive experience that reflects the atmosphere of the day.

2024 Ashley Furniture Event
Ashley Furniture Conference is an event video I shot and edited entirely on my own, capturing both the energy of the conference and the products being showcased to potential buyers. Filmed in a single location, I blended b-roll of the venue and furniture displays with moments from the event to highlight its importance for local store owners. This project was impactful to be part of, as it brought together key figures in the furniture industry and allowed me to translate the excitement of the room into film.

Lantern Lights & Lantern Records is a two-part event film that highlights both a library fundraiser and a recurring music series. For Lantern Lights, I captured the atmosphere of the library’s major community event, which aimed to secure more funding, working with a local business that was thrilled with the final product. For Lantern Records, I filmed their First Friday show using a mixed-media approach that combined live performance footage with interview-style moments, incorporating artists’ voices to tell a fuller story of the night. Together, the video showcases the energy, community, and artistry at the heart of both events.
